Clinton Global Initiative

CGI - Representing China
Commitment Maker 2009-2010

In September, 2009 GIGA was invited to participate in the 2009 Clinton Global Initiative Annual Meeting. CGI is an international platform built around the process of pushing ideas into action to solve the world's most urgent problems. CGI leverages participation and collaboration from international government, business and non-profit leaders and visionaries. Together, these leaders join in making commitments to address global social problems.

At CGI, GIGA launched a commitment to empower users with education, access and tools to create greener, healthier environments in China. GIGA is also commited to creating market incentives for greener materials, creating cleantech jobs, and reducing carbon emissions. Each of these commitments requires support and participation from users, the Chinese central government, designers, developers, and other non-profit organizations. Contact us to see how you can participate in GIGA's CGI Commitment.

GIGA Founder, Raefer Wallis launches GIGA's Commitment with President Bill Clinton.
